They Installed generator and hookup panel at my home. I paid in full. First use the generator blew my furnace control board. They sent someone right over who explained it was my generators problem (after they tested it.) I asked why it was not tested at the time of hook up. They claimed it was... So we disagreed. The real problem came when they sent me a bill for the second trip out to my house to basically tell me it was my fault. It was a service call charge, but real low move considering. So, nice guys .. unless there is a problem then watch out. I do not recommend them.
