London Ryan was great in helping me find the perfect living room. She is a friendly and very professional sales associate.

ALL FURNITURE WAS DISPLAYED ATTRACTIVELY AND WAS PLACED IN A USER-FRIENDLY MANNER, THE SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL. A PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH TO SHOP. FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I PICKED UP THE SOFA AT THE WAREHOUSE IN SARASOTA. IT WAS READY FOR ME AND THE STAFF COULD NOT BE NICER.

Please save yourself the stress of dealing with this corrupt store. I bought a 3piece leather furniture group. I am handicapped so do not use the furniture,and live alone. I have a lift chair. The sofa has come apart at the seam,making my living room an eye sore. It is 4years old,with a 10year warranty that now they say is for accidents only. I had not planned on having to buy another furniture group in my lifetime, and have no idea how I would pay for one. This store sells low grade furniture at mid prices,with no life expectations.

I do not recommend. Beware! Order payed for, then delivered without the elements of the agreement. Called salesperson that day and he told me how cooperative he had been with price and working with me. The no refund policy was thrown in my face. Run!

Would not recommend. Inept customer service. Unfavorable delivery practices and it took four phone calls with three employees to cancel delivery and obtain a full refund for non-delivered merchandise. At one point the original sales associate literally refused to cancel my order. Best to shop the competitors.
