Excellent animal hospital. Just watch the dogs that are there. They are relaxed and happy. That says it all. The staff is professional and caring, and the vets are wonderful. I wouldn't take my furbabies anywhere else!

Just came from the DeSoto clinic on Manatee and was %100 satisfied with the service and treatment of my pet. I called the clinic at 1020a.m. and had an appt. by 1100a.m. I literally waited less than five minutes and the Dr. and vet staff were friendly and not at all pushy. The place was clean and did not have the smell you would think an animal clinic would have. Prices also seemed reasonable. Highly recommended.

i Came here a couple years ago and loved it, all the girls were very pleasant and helpful as well as the vet we saw, we had an all around good visit. Unfortunately i returned a couple weeks ago and had the complete opposite experience, i seemed to be a bother to the receptionist when i walked in ( i was even early) i could hear a ton of other convo's going on behind the wall and she seemed to be more interested in that then checking me in and answering a couple questions i had, i thought it was totally unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL! my visit w/ the Dr. was fine but i just could not let go of how i was treated at the front desk on this visit. i do not remember her name but she was the only girl up there looked late 30's early 40's shorter straight blond hair. i surely dont want to blast anyone and/or make them lose their jobs but i am a business owner myself, and i would die if one of my employees treated one of my customers like that!
