Mr. Covell or Mr. Saul send my Sister and note that we owed money from them,for about $800.00 something, that they don't have a valid receipt ,it is only estimated for 305 lbs.,for 5J flight,5J flight is Cebu Pacific, how come my mother's remains is in this flight that the flight detailed documents she supposed to be in PR flight which is Philippine Airlines, and the said amounts he was asking is for 305lbs and it is only the estimated amount not the actual receipts. And the actual weighed of my Mama and the crate is only 208 lbs,208lbs multiple by 2.89 / lb is only 400 something, Mr. Covell, we are not Stupid that we don't know anything okay.And we don't owe anything from you my sister paid everything including the service ,we are going to bring this matter to the Ministry, thank you very much and have a nice day crook ppl.

Our family had a tragedy in a two week period and had to lay to rest two family members. Covell Funeral Home was so welcoming heart warming and kind and worked with us on all aspects of our situation. I would like to say Thank You to everyone at Covell for all there help and love.
