When my bichon passed away on a Sunday morning, Joe offered to come and pick her up. He was so gentle and caring with her. I especially was comforted to know they only do one pet at a time and I now have her ashes in a beautiful container, along with some lovely keepsakes. Thank you Tracy and Joe for making a very sad time a little more bearable.

I utilized their service this past fall. It was one of the saddest days of my life, when I brought my old, sweet buddy there. I was able to go there on a holiday. Tracy was so kind and empathic. Everything was handled in such a gentle, thorough and professional manner. After the cremation, I was provided w a lovely poem that I keep w a picture of my beloved dog. The care provided made something quite devastating manageable for me. NMc

My distraught husband had to bring our old girl there after she died almost in his arms (she was over 100 lbs.) I had heard about them but wasn't sure how it would be for him since he was so upset. Through tears, he called me at work to say how great they were - understanding and sympathetic.

I hope not to have to use their services again for a long time, but when I do I know my pet will be in good hands.

i have used thier services now twice and both times my pet and my family were treated with respect and dignity. they walked us through the whole process and answered any questions we might have had. i will continue to use precious pets for all of my afterlife care.

Joe and Tracy are very caring and professional. They are wonderful people who went out of their way to save us money and to take care of our special requests. Everything we asked of them was no trouble at all for them, and we requested alot. They took hours to talk to us about the process. They do individual pet cremations that you can attend if you choose. They will drive to wherever you are to pick up your pet. They also have memorial service and rooms avaiable if you would like to have a service for your pet. And room where you can remember your loved pet in privacy. Tracy has been a funeral director (for people) for over 16 yrs so she has the knowledge and expertise you can trust. At such a terrible time, they were a great comfort.
