went there because my Dr. told me make an appointment and I had surgery by one of the doctors in the past. When I first came in the lay at the desk didn't even look up and the person that finally came to the window was so rude and curt it made me feel I was bothering them! when I told them what I needed the sigh and said fill out tis paperwork and yelled across the room for my information.. after all of that I was told I couldn't be seen because they didn't accept my insurance. Overall they are an office full of rude rude people!

Stopped in to pay their bill before going to work. I went in and one lady was on the phone and another one filing. They both saw me and never opened the window to offer to help me. When the lady on the phone hung up, she still didn't acknowledge me. I finally opened the window and told both of them I just wanted to pay a bill. They both looked at me like I had 3 heads! How rude can you be? It wasn't as though I came in to tell them I couldn't pay their bill...I've worked at a medical office before and never treated anyone like this.
