Someone recommended Tom Ward plunbing so I called to have my water heater looked at. The tech said it was fine but about three months later my water bills skyrocketed, Fast forward six months, I found out my high water bills were due to a rusted valve on my water heater which was missed by the tech (another plumber actually diagnosed the problem correctly). Against my better judgment, I called Tom Ward and told him about my issue, He did come out to look at the water heater and agreed to install a new one. But when I texted him later with a question about the TMP valve, he texted me back cancelling the appt and said "Please call someone else we have no time for your job"....so I recommend you do the same!
