Misdiagnosed for pancreatitis, had unnecessary bloodwork, and possibly antibiotics prescribed which may or may not have lead to c diff colitis. I repeatedly asked how much tests would cost and was told by staff not to worry as my insurance would cover these tests. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't. I was also billed for a 10/10/2015 visit on 3/29/2016 (5 months later). I went to the Greenacres branch for the c diff colitis where they billed my credit card without notifying me of extra charges without my consent. It's something I would have owed anyways but you don't bill someone's card without notification or receipt. If you want results from blood or lab work, you either have to pay for another visit or pick them up in person. They say they have an online patient portal to view results but it doesn't work.

First they rip you off, then customer service doesn't respond. Other then that they are happy to take your money. This place is the worst.

On 1/2/16, I went to MD Now with sudden hearing loss in one ear. The Doctor said he didn't know what the problem was or how to treat it.

He was unable to clear minor wax blockage so he suggested a lavage treatment that would definitely remove all the wax for an additional $40. I agreed. Despite his assurances the lavage process failed. $180 later ($140 office visit + $40 lavage) I walked out with nothing.

The doctor put in time. But the customer got nothing. They should have waived the unsuccessful lavage fee and charged only half for the visit. When ailing no one needs to feel ripped off.

To make that suggestion I filled out their website feedback form which failed. I emailed corporate. Nothing. I snail-mailed them! No response. So this review is my response to their no response. I won’t be going back and I’d advise others to stay away.
