Don't know why other people are having problems with previous manager, but Dave was very professional and helped me immensely when picking out our new mattress.

The General Manager doesn't know what he is doing. I did a cancellation at his store on February 20, 2016 and he had the mattress delivered not to my address and I still have a bill of $599.99.

I just got my matress from here last night.my previous mattress was dilapidated and preferred sleeping on the couch.when i told dave (the new store manager) that i needed a mattress to pick up for myself immediately he kindly assisted me in the hauling of my extra firm twin.i slept great,and would reccomend highly to anyone looking for a greats nights sleep...every night! :)

OMG. WORST store ever dealt with. They lie and don't deliver when they promise. STAY AWAY!!!!

Normally you would expect great customer service from a small company but not from this one. Placed an order for a king matress and adjustable base, thought I got a great deal, the evening before my delivery they called to tell me he charged me too little and Drew the warehouse manager could not load it on the truck. So you would think they would honour there mistake but nope they would rather loose a customer and $2700.00. They did me a favor by messing up my order considering I went to Macys who gave me a better deal, better product and offers great customer service and most likely no chance of going out of business. Stay away from Mike he's considered a manager but clueless and tries to work with you and several other customers at the same time. Just rude!! Oh and the people before us complained that the delivery never showed when expected, should of been a sign. I also wonder if the owners would appreciate Mike smoking in the store..that seems appropriate and like a great idea. Go to a large company..stay clear!!
