Great place for 4-6 year olds to start martial arts! Jacob is amazing with the kids teaching them discipline and following instruction.

I can say enough how positive it is for kids to learn martial arts. I enrolled my 11 year old daughter after countless efforts in sports and music classes. It just didn't stick and in our case was more of a distraction than anything.

So just after two sessions, something awoke inside my daughter. She seemed to have a little more confidence and became more focused. We are on our 5th week and she's learned so much.
Mind you my daughter is a bit of a introvert and has a tough time in new situations. She carries herself with more assertiveness now. Sifu Joe, Jacob, Andy and CJ work really well with the children and create a very enriching environment for them to learn the art of Kung Fu.

Our routines have changed!

My daughter gears up daily to make sure she makes the 5pm class. This says a lot from a child that doesn't do well in organized sports.
Since Kung Fu is in every day movements, the kids adapt well. I've taken some cues and imposed them at home to help her. We have a lot of fun with it.

Once I get down to my fighting weight again..I just might enroll into Tai Chi. Thank You JK Kung Fu!!

Staff is very friendly. The instructor is great with the kids and also does a good job keeping them focused.

I've been going here for 2.5 years and can't say enough about what an amazing experience it's been. I'm learning a great art from talented, friendly teachers and training with an awesome kung fu family. I highly recommend Sifu Joe and his staff to anyone that's ever been interested in learning martial arts. Even just watching the kid's and tai chi classes, you can see how much everyone enjoys being there. 5 stars for sure!

Our 13-year old son has been with Sifu Joe for almost 5 years. It's the best decision we ever made to support him doing Kung Fu. It's helped him in school, socially and with all the relationships he has developed. He is more determined to succeed in all that he does and we, as parents, attribute that to Joe Keit Kung Fu & Tai Chi under Sifu Joe's leadership.
