Terrible experience at Canyon Jewelers. Brought in my Raymond Weil for a new battery. The owner replaced the battery but had a difficult time getting the back of the watch on again. He used a hand held pressed of some type and bent the back. Because he be t the back, the watch is no longer water resistant and will cost me $200.00 to have the damage he did repaired by another jeweler. He was rude and had an attitude to boot. Whe I asked for an invoice he gave me a hard time, probably because he knew he'd damaged my watch and didn't want any evidence. Will NEVER use this jeweler again, especially when other jewelers around are more honest, nicer and more skilled.

Visited this place for the first time during the holidays. It is in the shopping center near my house. Glad I found it. This jeweler was friendly helpful and honest (and has good quality jewelry).

Sure beats getting your jewelry from one of those stores at the mall. I will go back here when I need to buy jewelry. Very nice place.

FIVE STARS is an understatement. I will never visit any other jewlery store!!!! Truly wonderful, good hearted, caring people. They truly do treat you like you are family and care sincerely about the customer's best interests.

This is the BEST jewelry store EVER! These people make you feel like family and no pressure to buy. Stop in to talk and look. Ronan and Pilar are the owners. They don't have all sorts of staff trying to make a commission. It is just them. They are such honest and kind people I would never buy from anyone else. Usually I don't like to go into jewelry stores because I feel like all they care about is the sale and I feel so pressures I am afraid to even ask to look- not Canyon- I go in all the time to just look and say hello! Of course Canyon Jewelry would love for you to buy from them but they also want to treat you well and be happy. They create happy return customers who become like friends. I swear ! Over the last few years, I have bought about six really beautiful pieces from them. Most special to my heart-they helped me design my husband's anniversary band (it was perfect!) and my husband also had a lovely ring made there for me. More than the great jewelry (that is amazing, they can make anything as I found out) ,they are great people and I love to give them business. I even like to just stop in and talk because Ronan and Pilar always have such kind warm smiles and great conversation. Anyway in this day and age of being surrounded by all chains and lack of that good old fashioned customer care - these guys are the real deal. They are what all businesses should strive for- quality products and amazing personable customer care. Sorry to keep going on and on but as you can tell I LOVE this place! Thank you Canyon Jeweler for your superb service. I will ONLY buy jewelry from you! Everyone I have ever referred to you feels the same. I never had any place to call "my jeweler" (sounds so fancy!), but that it what I call them!

We just purchase our engagement ring at canyon jewelers, after looking around, we found a big selection of certified diamonds and engagement rings, we definitely got the best deal for our budget.

I highly recomend this jewlery store.They have helped me several times to purchase the most beautiful pieces of jewlery. They repaired a bracelet for me and he changed the setting for my diamond earings. Both pieces came out beautiful!! My husband has been to the store for my birthday and our anniversary. We love Canyon Jewlers!!

Ronen & Pilar Are wonderful people they have such an awesome selection and were very helpful in helping me pick out an engagement ring for my fiance. I told them what she wanted and they helped me get the perfect ring. Dont go to a chain here the prices were better and the service was excellent
