Provided by SuperpagesFrank store worker at Best Buy in Boynton Beach is a racist. I purchased a laptop for my child as schools closed for the COVID-19 pandemic in March. The laptop never worked. I was unable make a return or exchange because the store was closed and was not allowing anyone inside the store - I tried twice. As distance learning starts in a week, I visited the store to see if I could return the laptop and get a store credit to apply to the purchase of another working laptop. The Sales Associate said she needed to speak with a manager so she called Frank over. Before I could get a word out, Frank started yelling and telling me that I had enough time to bring the laptop in. He said that Best Buy was were never closed, which was a complete lie. I asked for another manager and he said he was the first and last stop to all issues. THEN, FRANK CALLED THE POLICE. Racist Frank called the police on me for no reason. I’m a customer trying to find a solution to resolve a defective product issue and the store manager calls the police. This is another example of people calling the police on minorities for no reason. The police showed up as I was leaving the store. My daughter started crying because she got so scared. This was so unreal. Frank decided to escalate a simple manner because he feels empowered to exercise his racist behavior and Best Buy is allowing it. Never will I purchase another item here again.
