Thank you for a wonderful experience! Salesperson was knowledgable & very patient! At first, we were undecided... soft or firm? We spent over an hour trying there great selection... We decided to go w/ a tempur-pedic... Best decision ever!!! Mattress was delivered the next day on time & professionally! Haven't slept like this in years!!!

Poor customer service.

Very rude. Not honest.. saw a bunk bed in the store. Asked how much let the lady know I need it to Bunkie boards. Lady told me you do not need Bunkie boards just purchased this mattress which was so cheap. Me as a customer now I'm trying to sway the lady to the better quality mattress the second time the lady to sway me to a very cheap mattress.. I just had to laugh I did not argue with the lady I told her thank you I went to another store and bought the same set paid a little bit more for better customer service and to get what I need it.. big mistake big mistake need new sales associate and this particular store in West Palm Beach

I will never step a foot back into this establishment. the salesman was rude, and seemed like he was a little off his rocker. He tried me on a few expensive beds and then lost interest when I told him I wasn't looking to spend that much. complete morons
