At first I was OK with their service. the people that do they're jobs are in- deed friendly and helpful. Over my two years of dealing with the owners,is where problems come up. The owners blame screw ups on computer problems every time - GET A NEW NEW PROGRAMMER!! Currently we are in Alaska, we needed some of our mail. normally we do not get our mail sent here and there. I requested our mail to be shipped to Fairbanks - general delivery, the next day we got a e-mail stating our account had been "frozen" for non-payment. Despite they have my card on file, for payment, and in-fact my card had already been billed and payment that card had been made by me. Plus we had over $150.00 prepaid postage in our account with AM. Called, the person answering my call, checked and the account had been paid and didn't have reason are the problem, other then again blaming it on their system. I asked that my mail be shipped "one day mail" at their expense. He had to check on that. He talked to Barb (co-owner), she denied it and said priory mail is the best they could do. But he said it would go out that day, Friday, and he personally guaranteed that. Normally when mail goes out they said a email with tracking info. No notification on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Sunday afternoon I call Don (the owner). he checked via his phone and it was scheduled for shipment on Monday the 15th, and there was no way it could go out prior to that. So at our expense we had to extend our stay and change 5 other reservation we have. Problems like this could have been handled so easy. Which prompted this lengthy complaint. My suggestion is to check around before deciding on a mail service.
