I had SHIELD install a video surveillance system in my business recently and I am so happy that I did. SHIELD's service was superb! I called three other alarm companies including the one offering a "free" system. After Ken at SHIELD explained how those "free" systems weren't really free - but that that the monitoring fee was just inflated, I was determined to work with an honest company. Shield is an honest, locally company that truly services its customers and I'm happy to be one of them! I'm totally satisfied and would refer them to my friends and family.
