On 6/13/17 My wife and I went to the Bowling Green Ohio Easy Street Cafe.The receptionist took us to a table to seat us ,my wife asked if we could be seated at a booth and she told us they don't have a booth for two people there for 3 or 4 people.The restaurant was pretty much empty except for another couple so I asked the receptionist again if we could get a booth and she said no so I told her we would go somewhere else to eat and she responded with fine go somewhere else. We have been to this restaurant several times and have always been given a booth when we asked for one .I could understand if they was busy but thy wasn't.I have tried calling to talk to a manager or owner and according to the employees who have answered the phone there's no one there.when I call at night around 5 pm they said the manager or owner will be in in the morning 9-10am and when I called in the morning I was told the manager or owner would be later in the day around 4 -5pm.

My wife & I have been going to Easy Street cafe for 10 years now. We love the food, the selections and the friendly service. It's a great place for lunch, dinner, or drinks.

This is NOT a pizza chain! I think they are confused! This is a great place to stop for a sandwich or an appy and a drink. My family loves it! Their soups and potato skins are the best! The service has always been good and we love sitting in the window to watch BUSY downtown BG.

Ruined our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner This summer I had a rehearsal dinner for 25 ppl at East Street. The night was terrible & embarrassing. They printed the wrong names on the menu. While we had 2 waitresses take our drink orders, we only had 1 waitress for the rest of the night (for 25 guests!). Food was served several guests at a time, meaning ppl were done eating before others even got their food. One guest never received her meal. Spoke to a manager, asking for $ off our bill. He never returned, instead having our waitress give us our full priced bill (did receive 2 coupons for future meals)
