Charged doubled!!!

Got a truck there to move cause that's where I had always rented one. Well it was a big mistake this time! I got the truck and no problems with the move went well(course it was virtually down the road), the manager told me to bring it back in such and such time, so just to be sure, got it there 30 minutes early, well to make a long story short they said I was late and would be charged for a second nite, called several times and no help, even called U-haul corp. and seemed unconcerned about it. Will think twice before using again!!!
