I've had nothing but good service in the store. When I'm there alone and need help loading a heavy item, they do it with a smile. When my husband had questions about barn door hardware, the employee who helped us had good information and personal experience. After finding only cheaply made knock-off items in other stores, we were happy to buy a piece of hardware here that would stand up to wind. The clerk told us if this one broke to bring it back for a full refund.

Worst customer service ever. The may all yell hello when you walk in but don't know jack about their own products.
