Provided by SuperpagesThis Burger King of Campbell road in bowling green,ky., is a highly productive store. Store is always clean and neat. Employees always kind and courteous. Food is always great and prepared excellent ,arriving to customers very quickly. One manager on evening shift especially stands out. I believe his name is Daniel and has been with the company 4 years,but I stand to be corrected on that. He is cheerful, extremely professional and very focused with accommodating customers. He is also keenly aware of all his employees and has a level of mutual respect among them. Burger King has done well in their training of this good young man. We go there often and encourage our own employees ,as well as others to visit there for a great meal and very pleasant experience. Thanks you Burger King and god bless

Provided by SuperpagesI haven't been to a Burger King in years but had a craving for onion rings. Needless to say they were undercooked, cold and within an hour I was ill. Also the people that work there act as if you are a bother to them by placing your order. Extremely rude individuals working there. And don't bother trying to call them, they either hang up on you or take the phone off the hook.

Provided by YPmobileThey have always messed up any order that is not a whopper meal deal. Tonight I went through and ordered their 2 for $5 special, and they got both sandwiches wrong. To make things worse, what I got was nearly inedible , and they made me wait for it, even though there was no one else before or after me in the drive thru. The final straw was getting home and realizing they had not given me a receipt, and their telephone number is an old one, listed at least 3 different ways in the local directories. Even their 1-800 number does not work after 10 p.m. Even to take a message!
The closest one to me closed about 2 years ago, and that is exactly where this newly remodeled one is headed as well.

Provided by YPmobile2 trips through the drive through and 2 messed up orders. Told me the second time they would replace my entire order to make it up to me and my family, went back to get it and they would only offer to replace the one meal, instead of what they had promised. Not going back, last straw.

Provided by Superpagesafter waiting in drive thru for 10 minutes, i finally reach the window only to discover my burger is wrong and the fries are soggy and cold. if im waiting that long for food at "drive thru", the name should be changed to a "park thru". i tried to call to the store to complain but no one will answer the phone. customer service is way below what i would consider to be normal.

Provided by SuperpagesGreat 99 cent burgers. However, 9 out of 10 times, the Frozen Coke machine is out of order or broken. At least that is what you are told. This goes for the Campbell Lane and the Morgantown Rd store. Either stop selling them for good or have frozen cokes. I don't think the machines are broke that often. I just don't think they want the expense because they don't sell enough?

Provided by SuperpagesI visited this establishment this past weekend on a saturday with my family,walked in ready to place a order standing at the counter with my child to my surprise i saw 2 employees acting in a rude and distasteful sexual manner,not only embarassed for my family and the other customers but embaraased that such lude acts were taking place in plain sight.I asked to speak to a manager about what i had saw and was informed that they were the manager and the assistant manager and this goes on all the time,that i had actually seen them on a good day.If that was agood day i would hate to see them on a bad day,i nor my family will visit this establishment again and if this is how this particular establishment is managed i will be certain to pass this news along to my fellow church ,so that they do not have to walk in on a similar embarassing situation.I and my family truly enjoy Burger King food but I have to decide to take my buisness some place else,maybe in the future I may decide to revisit.
