Horible wait times with more than half of the place not operating.Manager was very combative and rude. Why do people accept this ,this is bad business

Well, first I ordered a piña colada and when I got it it was very tasty except there was no rum in it and when I told the waiter he said there was. I returned it for a soda. I ordered the babyback ribs and these were the worst fattest ribs I ever had. So I say this place will be crossed off my list. Don't take my word try it for yourself at you own risk'

I hadn't been to Smokey Bones for a year and a half or so. Man, the quality has gone into the toilet. The brisket was like shoe leather soaked in over sweet BBQ sauce. The baby back ribs were ok, but 5 ribs for a combo plate. The beans, which I used to love, were full of a stringy, tasteless meat. All smokey flavor was gone. The broccoli was covered with at thick sauce that I'm sure was supposed to be buttery, but actually tasted like greasy with salt. Even the garlic toast was old, cold, and nasty. What has happened? I guess the new owners want it to be a sports bar vs a bbq. Oh well. Another one bites the dust.

I THINK THIS IS GOOD BARBECUE,BUT FAMOUS DAVES STILL HAS THEM BEAT,FAMOUS DAVES FOR THE RIBS,BUT I THINK SMOKEY BONES GOT THEM BEAM ON THE SIDES.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I took my daughter here last year and the service and food was terrible. On March 3, 2009 we were looking for somewhere local to grab dinner so we decided to give Smokey Bones another chance! Terrible Mistake...They were having happy hour 1/2 price appetizers. I ordered the buffalo wings and the brown sugar wings when they brought them to us I bit into the buffalo wings and the inside was dark red! the waitress immediatly took them back! then I bite into the brown sugar wings blood dripped from the wings....so I sent them back....My daughter ordered and soup and salad and ate half of it....when it was time to give me my bill they took the wings off but did not try to make good on the mistake and compensate us.....I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SMOKEY BONES!
