NOT HAPPY AT ALL! This location has gone down hill. I ordered 2 burrito bowls and a burrito. The bowls were barely full and the burrito was barely wrapped. I called the Chipotle to speak with the manager and was greeted by Roseria. She assured me that she was the manager so I began to politely relay my concerns. She didn't sound very concerned and when I asked her if the restaurant was franchise or corporate owned, she didn't know. She called someone to the phone but placed me on hold before the answered. After 20 seconds, I hung up.

Just left the place, I'm not one to write a review but these people peeved me, the customer is always suppose to be right, right? I ordered a quesarito and they pretended to know how to make it, made it wrong and wasted the original tortilla used to wrap it to transfer it into the one with cheese and then charged me for two meals...man Los Angeles has never disappointed me in terms of this, but this Dallas location seriously disappointed me, I was not concerned about paying the extra money, I don't care, the distasteful service they gave me was what killed it, I wouldn't asdvise people to visit the location after this visit
