I pass this restaurant pretty much everyday and the parking lot always seemed to be full of guest. I decided to take my mom there for her birthday dinner, something fun, something new; so Carrabas it was. I called ahead for priority seaing (thank you because there was a thirty minute wait when I arrived) and we were seated within 10 minutes. The server was thorough in introducing us to the restaurant, the specials, and other items on the menu. He recommend a great grilled chicken entree, which I wouldn't have gotten otherwise and gave rave reviews of the Lasagne, which mom choose as her dinner. One downer, the server couldn't personally recommend the night's entree special because for whatever reason the chef doesn't preview it for the servers...that would be a great thing to do. Anyway, dinner was great, the environment was good. It seemed a little quaint (crowded) but comfortable none the less. I will definitely visit again.



Thanks for a wonderful experience and good birthday dinner for mom; see throughly enjoyed. Oh, would've been nice if they offerred complementary dessert for the birthday guest. :(

My favorite spot for celebration meals ... if you like salads, be sure to try the Insalata Fiorucci. The goat cheese medallion in the center sets off the greens and grilled eggplant, red peppers, artichoke hearts exquisitely. Now if I could just stop filling up on the bread dipped in olive oil and herbs...
