The day of the week does make a difference!

I am a regular customer weekday mornings. However, today is Saturday and my son and I decided to go with Wendy's for breakfast. I was appalled at the way I was treated! I asked to add bacon to my son's sausage egg burrito and got attitude. My son responded to the crews rude response by shutting down which promptly made it take longer for me to order his drink because he is ADHD and was frightened by the ladies aggressive tone. Once I completed my order, A 2 sausage egg burrito combo with a vault, a BEC maple baked fresicut combo large sized with a rootbeer, 2 sides of bacon, and 1 more BEC maple baked fresicut I drove around. The MANAGER ON DUTY took my payment and handed me my bag immediately closing the window and walking to the other side of the store. I glanced into my bag to see I was given the wrong size hashbrowns so, since the manager was still looking at me I waved my hand. She turned away so I tapped my horn and the manager, as well as a drive thru employee both looked at me then at each other. they argued a moment then the other employee reluctantly came to the window after I honked a second time. I explaind the problem, she closed the wind and she and the manager exchanged what appeared to be passionate words, for the employee was waving her arms in the air and pointing in the managers face. She then came back with a bag with one more small hashbrown. Both the employee and manager glared at me so I left without further inspecting my order. I was only give 1 side of bacon, one of my BEC maple baked fresicuts only had bacon, nothing else, and to ice the cake when I called the restaurant no one would answer and when they did I was hung up on. The breakfast crew during the week is amazing, and super friendly. I will be going through corporate Monday morning to file a proper complaint as well as I will be contacting the store manager.
