This company is second to none which I have experienced in a very long time.
Beginning with Wayne Freeman who gave us the estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and professional.
Then onto his crew starting with their tile installer, Mauricio and his crew, were unbelievable. So professional, tension to detail, and so clean that you never even knew they were there once they left.
Then came Chris and his crew who installed over 1,300 sq. ft. of vinyl flooring. Their work was so impressive again with a lot of attention to detail.
Then came Shannon and his helper to put some oak treads on our stairs. Again, like the others, his attention to detail was incredible!
As soon as he finished and left, I could have sworn he mopped the floor after he vacuum all the saw dust up. That is how clean the floor was where he was working.
I also forgot to mention that they placed plastic not only all over the floor but they even taped plastic up over every doorway/hallway in order to contain all the saw dust in one room.
This is why I Highly Recommend them and gave them a 5 star rating in every category, as they were Always going, "Above and Beyond" from beginning to end.

Terrible customer service. Do not honor what they tell you which ended up truly delaying my project. Even the BBB revoked their account due to unresolved customer complaints.



Watch out for Brad the salesman he is bipolar, senile and egotistical. If you want to be treated and talked to with disrespect then deal with him. I can't believe that a business would send a man like this out to talk to customers. He gets pissed off at the slightest thing, even something as simple as trying to schedule the job. I'll take my business elsewhere and perhaps to someone who would appreciate my business and doesn't flip out. He probably owns some part of this company which is why he gets away with this behavior.
