Provided by YP.comPOWELL PULLED THE WRONG TOOTH !!! And the coward will not stand behind his written promise to provide implants in the now missing 2 molars. Stay away for your own good they say he is losing it. Admitted he did not look at note in file my dentist wrote and went against my dr order to pull #30 and pulled #31. A total whacked out man I noticed something wrong about him and should have left office.
