I have banked at this bank since my children were babies. Over 25 years. It is so refreshing to be able to bank where people actually know you. They have called me a few times over the years when checks came through that looked unusual wanting to make sure we had actually issued the check. The tellers know our whole family by name. It is especially nice when Piper the Golden Doodle dog greets you at the front door. Wouldn't trade this bank for any other bank!

Terrible service with little to no regard for the customer. The employees I've been in contact with were all very snooty and seemed uninterested in helping me. I've witnessed them treat other customers this way as well. This was once a great bank, but not any longer. I'm sure there are better banks in town, but certainly not Municipal.
