Dr. Thomas & his staff are amazing! He treats his patients with respect, dignity, honesty & maintains their trust. He takes care of my dad & took care of my mother in law. He doesn't rush you,he spends as much time as needed.I called & left message to to pass on to him prior to my dads appt. next day. The next day we were waiting for doc to come in. I was disappointed I hadn't heard back about the message I left but I was not surprised as I have never gotten a call back by the next day & usually its from the nurse or assistant. I am a nurse & rarely see any doctor do thecall back. While waiting for doc to come in, my phone rang, it was Dr. Thomas himself calling me about my concern/message before coming in to see my dad!! He really listened to my concerns. I returned to exam room after speaking with him to wait for doc to come in.By this time doc was late to see my dad for his scheduled appt time. I asked my parents if he is usually late. They both said "almost every time" but then they both said "we don't care how long we have to wait for him." When doc did come in I quickly came to understand why my impatient parents didn't care how long they had to wait for this amazing physician. This wasn't any 15 minute appt time. He spent atleast 40 minutes with us. Never rushed us. We felt completely comfortable & at ease. My dad will trust no other M.D. to take care of him. My dad needed a medication that he was still waiting to get from one of his other docs. Dr. Thomas & his staff went above and beyond to help us get this medication. My advice for anyone looking for a doctor who will be exactly on time for your appt & if you want to try to get your concerns out before your doc rushes you out the door & the office never really knows your name this is not for you. If you want caring compassionate truly caring people who "know you this is a office for you. A++, 10 out of 10, 2 thumbs way up. Thank you Dr. Thomas & ur office staff.♡♡♡
