I would not recommend Taggart Insurance. We needed to make changes to our business coverage; the agent was not very responsive, and his messages were rather terse. At one point we were waiting for a response as the expiration of our existing coverage loomed; the agent didn't respond, so I called the office. Apparently the office was closed for the day, though neither their voice message nor their Website stated this. Not knowing when they would be back, we explored other agencies - and quickly found one responsive and eager to work with us. I informed the agent of our decision in a professional manner. His response was basically In light of this decision dont call us in the future. If we had any doubt in our decision to switch, that response removed it.
