I'm a person there..and save money, too!

I'm a little technically challenged and had printer problems. I thought I needed a new printer but stopped in and talked with these people before buying a new one. To my pleasant surprise, they had me bring in the printer and they had it up and running in almost no time. The ink they sold me was half of what I used to pay and it was just as good for what In need to print. Thje other thing was that these people treated me nice, like I was an old friend or neigbor - not like the crap service you get at some of those big stores. I tell all my friends now that this is the place to go fro ink. Thanks to those Rapid Refill people (oh, their big mascot dog is really, really COOL!)

THESE GUYS ROCK!

I am a CU student and had problems wth my printer. The one guy there Don had me bring in my printer. He got it working and didn't charge me a cent. As it turned out, the biggest problem was my old ink cartridge had dried out. I learned (by shopping online) that their recycled ink prices are about HALF for my HP printer compared to those big places and the bookstore.

From now on, I'm going their for my ink! Thanks Rapid Refill!

Rapid REfill is great!

I think Rapid Refill is one of the best new businesses in Boulder Honestly, I don't know what that other "bad" review wasabout... I think it's a competitor because the people in the store told me they 100% guarantee their products.



When I went in to the store, the people were very freindly and helpful. They told me things about ink and printers I didn't know. Their prices were about half of what I used to pay for new cartridges down the street at the big office supply place.



My advice is to give these nice people a try. They're honest and friendly!

Horrible!

I recently bought ink cartridges for my new HP printer. One worked allright, the other did not work at all. I brought the bad cartridge back to the store and asked for a replacement, and was denied my request. I was told that there had never been any problems with their ink cartridges before, so the problem must be with my printer. Do they honestly believe that? Or do they just want me to believe that. The prices may be good, but not when you consider that any defective cartridges will not be replaced, and the poor customer service that you have to put up with.
