I bought 3 of 12 trees planted last year from Creekside. The pear immediately showed sign of blight. The cherry died in the winter and the peach showed no vitality as did the other trees I planted from another vendor which thrived. When I called to get them replaced I was informed of their return policy which covers the trees at 50% replacement cost. As Creekside is very, very expensive to begin with, not an acceptable policy. I was told on the phone that the blight was my fault even though no other tree planted is affected. Service at time of purchase was equally dismissive as I had to request help after wandering their grounds for at least 30 minutes and this was obviously irritating for them.

The WORST experience I have ever had making a purchase in my life! I picked out a tree with one of the nursery employees, he tagged the tree and we went back to the office where he gave me a verbal quote with the owner Jason present. He pulled up the account of the landscaping company that I setup to do the install and gave me the total price including tax. I let them know that the landscaping company would pick the tree up in a couple days and pay for it at that time. The person who picked up the tree was charged $165 more than the price I was quoted. In my absence the tree was installed, same day. After receiving the receipt the next day from the landscaping company, I called the nursery, explained the situation to Jason the owner and he would not stand by the quote or even try to work with me on resolving this issue. His excuse was that I must have chosen a more expensive tree by mistake. I said, that's impossible, your employee tagged the tree with my name on it and gave me the quote. How much clearer could it be! This is Absolutely Unbelievable! I will never do business with Creekside Tree Nursery ever again.

What a great place to get our Christmas tree! This place is a must for anyone who lives in Boulder or the surrounding areas. The property is picturesque and a lovely place to feel the holiday spirit. We met and chatted with one of the owners, Grant. He was so friendly and went out of his way to help us find our perfect tree. We really enjoyed the fabulous customer service from all of the employees. From offering to take our picture for us to cutting, wrapping and tying the tree to our roof (before we even knew it) they were happy to help. We'll be sure to go here every year from now on for our Christmas Tree!

I have an amazing time at Creekside. My family and I learned so much and we treated very nicely. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice tree and great service.

I called Creekside Tree Nursery after talking to some of their competitors about a project for my home. Creekside was the only nursery that took the time to help me over the phone and give me the direction that I could not find anywhere else. I purchased a few trees from Creekside the following week. To my amazement the staff at Creekside remembered my conversation with them and help me pick my tree and load I without wasting any time. I was in and out in a flash. Thank you Creekside your trees were great but your service made the difference.
