Horrible service received from Wally, the owner. Sold me a used item that he stated was brand new and then refused to refund shipping charges. Had to file formal complaint with PayPal just to receive refund of purchase price, but he still refuses to refund shipping charges. Do not buy from Ligas Discount Flies! They ignore emails, do not return phone calls, and even intentionally hang up on customers. You have been warned!
