I disagree. I've had nothing but good experiences with all of the staff at Flex PT in Bothell! There are several people who staff the front desk (they rotate) and all of them have been very friendly.

Place really deserves NO STARS. I have to admit I loved the physical therapist but I disliked the front desk woman. She was rude and very unprofessional. Not to mention she lied about things that she supposedly did. For example, she said she tried to call my cell phone but it was disconnected...Flex Physical Therapy was listed as one of the last callers. So how is my phone disconnected if you called it and was on my received call list? Then she said she left a message on my home phone...there was no message. When she was telling me these things she could not look me in the face. She did this for one reason...she ws lying. I think she was doing a half asked job and did not want to get into trouble for it. As far as I am concerned this place is a joke and should not be referred to anyone. If you would like a GOOD and WELCOMING location to get your physical therapy needs, call somewhere else.
