I have been using Enterprise for years. I recently took a trip and used another company. I will NEVER do that again!!!!! Needless to say when it came time to rent another vehicle I went straight back to Enterprise. The Bothell team is amazing. They are courteous, thorough and efficient. They called to confirm the vehicle before I got there. Once there I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The car was clean and well maintained. Returning the car I got my deposit back in a day. I will ALWAYS use Enterprise for my rentals from now on!

Great service, great employees. and great experience! They picked me up and got me a car with no issues and the price was great. It's a great group of guys that give you great service. I fly into Seattle every three weeks and it saves me hundreds of dollars on the airport concession fee for a rental car to get one locally.

I am really satisfied with the service enterprise had offered to me. i took rental car for 4 days and returned it little late with No extra charge. Also customer service was also good. Only thing i had observed that there is Not many car available to chose since at the time i reached over there only one car i found and no other option was available. Otherwise everything was very smooth.
