Mirella at Spa Newbury is GREAT! A 5 out of 5! I saw Holly and she was so nice and friendly and made me feel great! plus my face has never looked better! Good prices too!

would rate my experience with Mirella at Spa Newbury as a 5 out of 5! She provided just what one wants from a spa extravaganza: relaxation, bliss, and just the right amount of humor. If I could afford to come every day I would, without a moments hesitation. And more than just the massage and facial, she gave me valuable information about my skin problems that were both easy to understand and will be easy to fix. It was a fantastic experience! Thanks!

This is an extremely expensive and over priced spa, the beauty treatments were executed very poorly, the towels old and rough, the cleanliness of this place was questionable, and worst of all, there was no customer service. When I made my appointment, I had thought that I was going to a luxury spa, but sadly no. I was horribly mistreated by the owner of this completely over priced spa. I have found several other spas in the area where I am treated like a valued customer, which was not how I was treated at Spa Newbury. I would recommend Daryl Christopher spa or La Dolce Vita.
