Buyer beware: these people were suppose to deliver a 5k $ mattress set on 2/23. Delivery driver tells us the base is molded n he can't leave. Wasn't gonna let him leave it molded anyway. 2/25 call the store to see when replacements coming...they had no clue about the issues. They call back same day n say possibly 2/26 to redeliver a replacement. 2/26 they call us n say 2/28 between 5-7. 2/28 we are waiting at home and at 6:45 wife calls the store...delivery will be 3/2 cause base has a forklift hole in it. Same night I talk with owner...she claims original base wasn't molded n should have been delivered but my question is if original wasn't molded why did they order a replacement that now has a forklift hole in it?? Anyway 3-6 weeks for a refund!!! Worst customer service ever for spending the amount of money we have. These people lie through their teeth. Please save yourself the headache n go somewhere else
