I have now used this florist multiple times throughout the years, and every single time I have been happy with the quality of the flowers, the service I received, everything! They are wonderful to work with.

This florist is top notch! Always a life saver when I forget and wait last minute to order flowers for a special occasion. They are so friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure the order is cared for! Always so pleased with their modern, beautiful work! HIGHLY recommended!

The flowers I received did not look like the picture online AT ALL. There were 3 choices and the flowers I received didn't look like any of the 3 pictures except the vase. Definitely not as many flowers as in the picture. They were ordered for me by a friend from out of state. They were nothing iike what he thought he was ordering for me. I would not use this florist. Very misleading! I would post the two pictures so you could see but it will not allow me to add photos to this point. Just know you will probably not get what you see if you are ordering from a picture online.

HORRIBLY RUDE PEOPLE WHO WILL NOT DELIVER FLOWERS !!

I have never felt complelled to write negetive feedback for a company but in this case, it's warranted. I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday two days prior to her date. On the day of her birthday, she received nothing, so naturally I called to confirm that the flowers were on their way. I was shocked by the horrible rudeness I received on the phone by Linda.



When I called Loghouse to inquire on the delivery status, Linda asked me where are the flowers going to? I stated my Mom's name. She said again "where?" I said my Mom's name again, thinking she did not hear me the first time. When she said, "where" again for the 3rd time, I finally said Boone NC.She got extremely rude at that point because she did not clarify the nature of her question and said, NO! The Address!!. So, I gave the address and then she asked me my Mom's name again. She put me on hold.



When she came back to the phone, I really thought OK, she'll let me know the status and we both can move on with our lives, She came back and in a rude tone stated, "WE DO NOT DELIVER FLOWERS TO ADDRESSES UNTIL WE VERBALLY CONFIRM FIRST!! I was blown away by this! They are around the corner from my Mom's house but none the less, why did not anyone feel the need to contact me directly when they could not reach my Mom or if they could not locate the address? I have used a zillion florists to send flowers and they always delivered. If they could not find the address or had a question, I had an immediate phone call or email generally the day before the delivery!!! I got nothing from this company! They had both my email and phone number and I received no communication. When I asked that information, she said they tried calling my Mom all morning long - which I come to find out was absolutely NOT TRUE!! My Mom received no phone calls from this company.



Linda, instead of being apologetic for not communicating held her stance about being rightful about not delivering the flowers or communicating with me. Had I not called, I would have received nothing from them, even though I paid in excess of $100.00 for flowers. Now I have to wonder if theyt actually deliver, will they skimp? It's apparent that they cannot be trusted. I actually made the comment to Linda thanking her for making this a "joyful" experience.



My Father's Day flowers will not be ordered though Loghouse, nor anything else ongoing. I have told my Mom in great detail and though she used them in the past, will stop as well. As I said, I am literally shocked at the harsh treatment I received, lack of care and communication and now as confirmed, their untruthfulness. Buyer Beware!!

We take great pride in our business and our work. I'm very sorry that you feel like you were treated unprofessionally. We do always call before we deliver to assure of someone being there. We do not leave flowers as we would not be responsible if something happen to them. We always deliver, unless we can not reach the recipient in which case we always leave a message as we did at this time and wait to hear back. If we don't hear back that day, we contine the following day. After 2-3 days if still no response we contact the customer. We have a very repuatable business, and have for over 40 years. We have never cheated anyone nor "skimped" on our work.Our business speaks for itself. Again I'm sorry that you feel the way you do, and that you feel you were mistreated. That is not the way we run our business, and we hope you will shop with us again in the future. Thank you- Log House Florist
