I have been a customer of Heritage Propane in Boone, NC for over 15 years. I always received the best service until last year, when they sold out. I called to speak with the person I always dealt with when I had questions, and was told he was no longer there. I was shocked! Then I asked for the next person I knew, they're gone also. I then asked for the only other person I knew there and was told she was gone too. Out of concern I decided to drive out to the office to speak with someone face to face, only to be greeted by a Sheriff who was standing guard. After several months and running through the propane we had in our tank we switched companies. I have called and asked them to call me, come pick up their tanks, and let me know when we would receive our overpayment of $950, and no one calls me back. If I actually talk with someone they have no clue what they are doing. I'm so disappointed with this company. I'm not sure why they made a change. It's not for the better!
