Much like the other reviewer, I had a horrible experience with Appnet's service. With problem after problem occurring and the owner blaming me or anyone else he could for everything, I moved hosts. But Appnet makes it hard to move with how they build your site. I finally got them to, but had to sign an agreement stating I wouldn't leave any reviews about them.
WELL...they didn't even live by their own agreement, so I am now warning others to stay away.

We had our website designed and hosted by these guys. They did a decent job, but nothing to shout about. All was fine until our site completely crashed. They had no clue regarding what the problem was, except of course to blame everyone else on the planet, including the people that had been paying them every month - mainly, my company. Our IT Department had to fix it, which cost us about two solid man-days of work. Basically, making something pretty to look at is dandy, but making it actually work reliably is something else entirely.
