Do not buy a hearing aid from this company , you will be sorry , they enlist deceptive and fraudulent practices .
My dad has dementia, they sold him $3600 hearing aids , kept his credit card , we told them we wanted to return them , was promised a refund that we never received.
The contract they tricked my father into signing was not legal because he has dementia , we communicated right away we wanted to return the hearing aids , they kept making excuses to keep us from returning them.
They then told us to go ahead and mail them back , we did , then they claimed they never received them.
(We had our signed delivery receipt )
Now they tell us “ sorry no refund , it’s past your 30 days “ have to take them to court.

I have been a customer of Alps Mtn Affordable Hearing Aid Center for nearly 20 years and always receive prompt and friendly service. Two years ago my wife needed hearing aids and she is receiving the same wonderful friendly service. Thank you for the opportunity to recommend this fine organization. Charles

Terrible service. My 94 year old father needed a repair at the Boone location. His initial impression was that they wanted more to sell a new aid than repair. They were to send the aid for repair estimated 10 days-2 weeks. My father visited twice on their boone scheduled day in the office and no one was in. Boone drug staff could not even reach anyone. He had no return calls on status as was promised, and no email response. Finally got an answering service and advised I needed a call or would have no choice but to go to Better Business Bureau. Mr. Cline returned my call and was rude from the start (threatening a lawyer because I was complaining?). Said he had left two messages for my father which was untrue because it is my machine/number he has (my father can't hear messages!). He said they had sent it to two different places but when I told him we just wanted it back he somehow is able to make it appear the next business day in the morning when it was supposed to be "at the factory"? I honestly don't think it was ever sent away. I also run a business and customer service is paramount, if I ever spoke to a customer the way Mr. Cline and his wife treated me I would be out of business. I never write reviews but this is one I had to share.
