Awful, awful service! I moved all of my insurance to him and it has been a bungled mess from the get go. He is never in the office. He doesn't return calls. He doesn't follow through on submitting paper work to the proper agencies and it has been nothing but a huge headache for me. My bank for homeowners can never reach him...he doesnt return their calls either. I went to another agent the other day and when I told them what was happening and what I needed they proceeded to tell me that I was the third person to leave his agency this month. I would save yourself some major headaches and chasing paper trails and use another agent. Rich Lange is a waste of your time and money!
