Missy Bbhaven The truth about about this Ranch, There is a lot of drama and pretentious bias. If you are an absentee horse owner watch out, trusting Lynn Hayes with your horses needs and letting her decide how to improperly care for your horses will cause them much neglect. Your horse will have to endure her ill care and improper handling if there is any. There are too many horses standing around and not given the proper attention, food or exercise.. In the last three years there has been 8 horses die under her care. She has up to 70 horses at one time and has two men cleaning and feeding 70 horses. Lynn Hayes will underfeed the horses and provide low quality hay. . She has no staff to help with the horse care and does not personally check on the horse's welfare daily or even weekly. Skinny, dirty, underfed horses abound the property. If you truly love your horse look at the health of the horses around her property and ask Lynn Hayes how many horses she has put down in the last three years, then ride as far away as you can from this equine concentration camp. She has not been able to hold onto any help and the so called ranch manager is a self centered egocentric, narcissist that beats horses into submission with a stick, he will never think twice to interact with your horse so be aware he is a mean spirited, phony, shovasnitic horse owner. . Unfortunately, when you first meet Lynn Hayes she will actually lie to you about the proposed care she offers. She will overcharge and under provide. I fell for her fake ruse with my two horses and endured the neglect around me for long enough to acknowledge how bad boarding facilities can be. This facility is truly one of the worst.
