We went in today to browse and my four-year-old son found a $0.99 ninja turtle action figure he wanted. I consented to the purchase and we continued our shopping. When we got to the register to pay for our handful of items, apparently my son had found a $40 price tag and stuck it on his action figure. I laughed and explained it had a $0.99 brown tag originally and fully expected them to see the humor in the situation. Apparently, there is a complete lack of common sense had by the manager, Linda Bock, as she insisted it was a $40 red tag item. Needless to say, we left the store without any of our purchases and will not be returning. This is disapointing as we go to this store at least weekly. Also, the manager had zero integrity. When I asked for the number to the district manager, she gave me the number to Adult Rehabililtation Services instead. She had zero customer service skills and a total lack of professionalism. Frankly, I have not experienced that poor a level of customer service ever.

Friendly sales people (unfortunately looked like all new staff???) with new prices. I always try to shop and donate to SA since we lived in KCK. Why are you charging the same for fruit jars that you can buy brand new with new rings and lids for $2.00 more or $78.00 (I kid you not) for a easy bake oven??? $3.99 for a glass? I spent $27.00 & I will use what I bought but I cannot afford your store.
