Sater Design Collection was established in 1994. It was created by Dan F. Sater II, AIBD/CPBD/CGP, as an evolution from his award-winning custom home design business, The Sater Group, established in 1983. In an effort to combine custom quality designs with more affordable pre-drawn plans, Sater Design Collection has become one of the country's most recognized residential design firms specializing in luxury home designs.   Sater Design Collection has been selling pre-drawn plans online since 1994. We are located in Bonita Springs, which is in Southwest Florida. In 1999, Dan designed and built our current facility (pictured left).  Our online presence has allowed us to service customers from all over the country, as well as internationally. We have grown, along with the technology, and now offer plan customizations, a blog, and product reviews.
