great food, fast, good service. love them!!!! order all the time now.

As a first time customer my experience was horrible! I ordered and went home,when I discovered my order appeared to be wrong I decided to phone in to let them know,not only was the lady incompetent but she was rude and told me to come back and hung up on me rather then resolve the issue, I had to drive back and when I got there she argued and refused to re make my order,I was very fustrated and hungry and it was getting late so I settled and told her to make up another order that I had to pay for,they didn't include eggrolls on either order which is strange and I also noticed that they do not wear gloves when handling their food...isn't that a health code violation? Not only is it disgusting but they are also very unprofessional in handling their business,that is the first and last time I will ever go there,and now close friends and family that are regulars will not be coming back in result to my bad experience as well. I would rather travel to "Chinese Kitchen" in Fort Myers because not only is their food excellent but the customer service is phenomenal!
