What a horrible "business"!! Waited until after 5pm to call on the day of delivery and leave a message saying they weren't making the arrangement I ordered for a holiday, leaving me with zero options. Then said it wasn't that they couldn't make it, but that they'd received too many orders and weren't going to make any "recipe orders" placed thru Teleflora. Funny thing is, I placed my order on their website. They offered to send a designer's choice bouquet of flowers instead, but couldn't or wouldn't even say what kind of flowers they had, might use (allergy concerns), or even when they expected to get to my order. Had to call back several times (within minutes of their call and message) to get anyone to answer. Staff and especially owner were very rude, having no concept of customer service or business laws. Called Teleflora to let them know that this business, who advertises and touts being a Teleflora florist was refusing to make their arrangements, and surprise, surprise, their customer service rep said they had "received a lot of the exact same complaints from a whole bunch of customers" that day. I now have 4 children and a mother/grandmother extremely distraught and distressed over this entire incident. I can only imagine how many other families' holidays they ruined. Hope they're able to put this place out of business!!!

What extraordinary service! They deliver flowers to my mother on all the big holidays. They make her feel special because they remember her favorite colors!

Love this florist. I have been buying flowers for decades. Best place to purchase fresh flowers. Their roses are the longest lasting. They instruct how to care for flowers for longest lasting. Staff is consistent, knowledgeable, design skills are excellent. The shop also sells custom artificial tree/foliage and floral design. I have seen their work at a club (outdoor pool area). Really exceptional.
