We needed window treatments for our new home and called A Couple Of Blind Guys to give us a bid. John came out, on time, with his books and selections and measured the windows. We made some selections and he gave us a bid that we thought was in line with other window treatment places we contacted. Prior to installation we called about adding some shutters to two other windows and John came out and measured and made the extra effort to get this order tied into the first for the same installation date. We are more than pleased with the product, company and installation. Will definitely use them again.

This, I shudder to call him, gentleman was extremely rude to my sister-in-law while out driving in Naples. My sister-in-law keeps her business ad on her back window with her name and number written printed on it. One of the drivers for this company called her while on the road to complain that he was behind her and she was breaking too much. He then proceeded to call he a fat €un+ and threaten to smash into the back of her car. My sister-in-law is pregnant and eight months along. He threatened a pregnant woman. Reprehensible and disgusting behavior.

The man who said he was the owner was very late for the appointment and when he pulled into my driveway he nicked the back of my car. I asked for his insurance information and he threatened me calling me a fat c$#t. The reviews for his business were not good and I gave him a chance anyways. I no longer feel safe knowing that he knows where I live.

The work is terrible and very over priced. The man that arrived was also over an hour late and incredibly rude when I confronted him about this. I wouldn't use them if their services were FREE.
