The people at LKQ are very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I bought a transmission for my 1995 Ford Ranger and was told that it came with a six month part replacement warranty. Well, after about 5 and a half months the transmission went out. I thought they would try to come up with some reason why it was my fault and not honor the warranty but i was wrong. They delivered another part to the shop I wanted to use the next day and it has been working fine ever since. I have bought parts from Landress in the past. Their prices are sometimes lower than LKQ but I have always had problems getting them to honor their warranty if there was something wrong with one of their parts. I will use LKQ for all of my parts from now on.
