I ate there this afternoon the RIBS which they said was ST LOUIS STYLE RIBS had a breastbone in them in which I have never seen in ST LOUIS STYLE RIBS were terribly tough and dry over cooked. I complained about the meat they said they were sorry and offered me a free dessert I think they should of discounted my bill by half price. Very disappointed in the restaurant. BLRM

This is a really nice looking place but the quality of food is not so good ..... and today something happened that made me not ever want to go back when you're eating a 20-plus dollar steak and a cockroach crawls across your plate it's kind of disgusting

The atmosphere is great, cozy even. The service is also very good. The food is superlatively good, the steaks tender and moist, salads are great, along with everything else.

We were in your restaurant tonight, 1-14-06, and ordered the lobster dinner which consisted of 2 lobster tails and 1 side with soup or salad. The menu stated was for $16.95 for the dinner which clearly states that it comes with 1 side and salad. When we received the bill, it showed $18.95 per dinner. We questioned the price being $2. higher than menu stated. Was told it was an add-on, there was NO add-on involved. Then waiter said the increase was due to hurricane. I don't believe "Maine" lobster tails come from Louisiana! If the cost is higher than menu stated, it should have been told BEFORE we ordered, not when paying the bill.Dean & Betty Gaarder, Sherman email address: [email protected] I
