The meat was fresh ground and seasoned to perfection. The buns were toasted on the grill and the vegetables tasted fresh out of the garden. They had a choice of american and Swiss cheese I got both and they were melted into the burger on the grill. The Rattle Snake Eggs were meat,cheese,jalapeno and onions in a egg roll and deep fried. Their chicken was to die for...boneless grilled to perfection made on a sandwich and their chicken salads were huge and off the chain. Oh and if you like hot stuff they roast Jalapenos on a out door grill and grind it into a paste and put it on a burger. They will even grill that smoky jajapeno sauce in with the grilled onions and it brings all that smoke back out and it is the bomb. They even grill eggs and put them on burgers and call it the farm. The atmosphere was friendlier than any place we ever ate before. You sense it one you step out of your vehicle. Open venue dining with a flat screen television rocking through some big speakers.
