At the used car lot it has the Worst service after the sale I’ve ever seen. Salesman was rude and management will not return phone calls over other issues.Will not be using them again

this is a very nice clean dealership I would recomend it to my friens. great service. im buying a car next monday and I tested a car it was very nice

I have always done my car deals via phone, so I am not waiting at the dealership hours and hours. I started off with one sales man that couldn't pull a credit app off of their website so he had me submit it 5 times. I texted him that evening to see if he finally received it and I got no response. I followed up with another text the next morning and still no response. I called the dealership he was off and had no courtesy to let me know or have someone pick up where he left off, so I speak to one of the rudest managers there that did not help me in any way. I had to speak to the general manager who finally got our app and submitted our credit. We went that evening test drove a couple cars, got a new sales man but for some reason I was pawned back on to the 1st one that can not communicate with his customers. We get to financing and the car I chose was sold to some else. The worst customer service and the worst communication I have ever seen.

Keith Martin was our salesman. We told him by phone what we had in mind, he understood exactly what we needed. Next day he called us. We went to Bonham Chrysler and it was perfect. He is very professional and helpful that we were out in great time. I will buy from there again.

Stopped in on Saturday to look at Jeeps, They had the Renegade I wanted on the showroom. Less than an hour later, the delivery specialist, Mrs. Evans, was making sure I was set up and ready to go. Such an awesome experience!

This dealership is very easy to work with and the people that work here are helpful and courteous, not pushy.. I appreciate being able to do business close to home and feel good about it!

I bought a used 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport SUV from the Bonham Chrysler, and got nothing but good service and the vehicle has been excellent. Melissa Wallace was the sales person and was very helpful in even bringing the new purchase to my home. They have also performed follow up calls and correspondence on how my vehicle's performance has been thus far. I can't give them anything but a 10 Star rating. When you purchase a used vehicle there's some risk involved, and I don't believe this dealership is scrupulousness. It's impossible for them to know everything that might go wrong with a used vehicle, so when you buy one it's a calculated risk. But at least give the dealership its dues for doing its best. ---Jack Compton, satisfied customer.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered. My husband and I were shopping for a commuter car and went up to bonham to look around. We were greeted and went straight to the car we were looking for (fiat). To our surprise they had a huge selection and the sales man helped stay within our budget but find the right features for us. We wanted to think about it and over the next six weeks the salesman stayed in touch but not in an aggressive manner. We went back today and bought a fiat and had a very easy financing experience. I would highly recommend this dealership.
